Obsidian Global was successfully awarded a 5 year, $16.9 million dollar contract with the Air Force to provide system capability support, maintenance, technical refreshment and modification of the Air Force Purchase Request Process System (PRPS) application and web based training simulation.

PRPS is used by the Air Force Sustainment Center(AFSC) to initiate Purchase Instruments  for weapon system spare part buys, repairs, and related services needed to support supply chain operations.  On this contract, Obsidian will be responsible for software and database development, quality assurance, cloud migration, and DevSecOps support providing agile transformation across the PRPS application.
